SHARE Outreach is a non-profit organization that provides emergency and ongoing support to individuals and families in need in Milford, Amherst, Brookline and Mont Vernon, New Hampshire. Assistance is provided in the form of food, clothing, emergency financial assistance and linkages to other area resources. In 2011, SHARE assisted over 700 families representing over 2000 area residents.

Neighbor-2-Neighbor Mont Vernon is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charity established to assist families in need living in Mont Vernon. N2N assistance is funded by the people of Mont Vernon through generous contributions.  100% of all donations go to needy families in Mont Vernon. 
Greater Milford Outreach (GMO) is an organization for anyone interested in exchanging ideas for better serving children and families in the greater Milford area. GMO seeks to create a network among area human services, schools, the court system, parents and community members. Monthly meetings provide  opportunities for information exchange and presentations. The Nashua Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) is a leader in innovative planning strategies that preserve and improve the quality of life in southern NH. Since its formation in 1959, NRPC has provided its 13 member communities with comprehensive solutions to local environmental, land use, transportation, and regional planning issues as well as cutting edge mapping and data services. In addition, NRPC functions as the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Nashua area. NRPC's 13 member communities are: Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, Pelham, and Wilton.
Nashua Transit System (NTS) is the public transportation department of the City of Nashua. NTS contracts with other communities to provide some transit service outside of Nashua including Merrimack and Hudson. Serivce in the Souhegan Valley towns of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis and Milford is provided on a limited basis through the Souhegan Valley Rides program. Nashua Transit is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Community Volunteer Transportation Company - serving 31 Towns across the Monadnock region (including Peterborough, Temple Greenville, Greenfield and New Ipswich). CVTC’s Volunteer Drivers provide “no-fee” transportation for people who do not have access to transportation because of age, ability, economic situation or other limiting circumstances. Our trip purposes include non-emergency medical and social service appointments, as well as trips to the grocery store and the pharmacy. To learn more visit or call 1-877-428-2882.

Women In Transition - A support program providing transportation for women recently released from prison and living in the Greater Milford area (Amherst, Bedford, Brookline, Greenville, Hollis, Lyndeborough, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, New Boston and Wilton).
