In addition to government funding, Souhegan Valley Rides receives invaluable support through donations and in-kind gifts from area businesses, civic organizations, and individual neighbors and families. We are grateful to our contributors for their interest and commitment to providing sustainable wheelchair-accessible non-emergency transportation services in the Souhegan Valley.
Thank you one and all!

Thanks to assistance from the staff of the Nashua Regional Planning Commission and Nashua Transit System and the support of the Greater Nashua Regional Coordination Council for Community Transportation (RCC7), Souhegan Valley Rides has been able to leverage federal funding from the Federal Transit Administration and NH DOT since 2011. These funds allow the service to operate 5 days per week, to provide fully accessible rides, and to explore additional ways to improve the service and better serve area residents.
“The Blue Bus” is more than a just a ride service. It is a way for residents, especially senior citizens and neighbors living with a disability, to be as independent as possible, to accomplish their daily activities, and to remain engaged in their communities.
